He has extensive experience in agency marketing, particularly digital, management, recruiting, and training.

Wilson received his Master of Business Administration from Baker University and his bachelor’s in criminology from Doane University in Nebraska.

“Bringing Brandon on board as part of the MIAA’s agency development team reflects our ongoing commitment to the creation and success of the independent agency,” said Doug Meacham, President and COO of MIAA. “Brandon’s breadth of experience in insurance and training is a custom fit to serve as a resource to our member agencies.”

Wilson will work closely with MIAA Regional Vice President Travis Kershner. Together, they will be a resource for Kansas and Missouri agencies facing start-up challenges, growing personal and commercial lines, technology adoption and usage, as well as new business and retention strategies.
